Pat Wheelis Kochan is a professional artist from Dallas, Texas. She studied art and design at the University of Colorado and has worked in watermedia, acrylic, oil and mixed media and monotypes and print making. She continued her art study with many nationally known teachers. She has taught art at her studio, Artisan's Studio-Gallery, for several years and gives workshops for art organizations. She is a writer, lecturer, juror and demonstrator for art groups.
Kochan is well known in the Dallas area for her series of paintings concerned with the nostalgia of Downtown Dallas. In the pages that follow, you can view many of these paintings as well as some of her other works including travels, landscapes, flowers, people, abstracts, etc. Enjoy! |
