Since 1980, Artisan's Studio-Gallery has played an active role in the art community. Artisan's sells original paintings and prints, conducts art classes, and has served as a meeting place for various groups such as the Board of Directors of the Southwestern Watercolor Society, The Designer Guild, The Foundation Fighting Blindness, and Art Focus XC. Artisan's is a member of the Farmers Branch Chamber of Commerce. Artisan's nationally known artists are: Naomi Brotherton and Pat Kochan.
